Costs
• The cost of a twelfth share normally varies between £2,000 - £5,000 and owners pay on average £250 a month towards all costs
• Any money not spent is returned and members receive annual accounts
• Buying a share in a racehorse as a part-owner should not be regarded as an investment and any monies received back should be treated as a bonus.
